Entered the industry in 1970, working for an HVAC Distributor while attending college earning a degree in Business Management.
In 1981, Curt moved from the distribution side of the business to work for the current Rep Agency in Outside Sales. Tenure in the company lead from sales to marketing to vice president to ownership in 2008.
Curt Gagner retired in May of 2023.
